DATA ENTRY FOR CLINICAL TRIALS (OFFICE OF CLINICAL TRIALS VHIO)
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in biomedicine, pharmacy, biology or health-related sciences.
- Fluent in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written, and it is essential to have a good level of English.
- Master Degree in biomedicine, pharmacy, biology or health-related sciences.
Desired:
- Accredited training as a data manager and/or monitoring of Clinical Trials, as well as training in good clinical practices.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Experience as clinical trials data entry at hospital level.
- The candidate's profile will be that of a person with organizational, prioritizing, supervisory, team-working and proactive skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for the role.
Main responsibilities and duties:
We are looking for a person to perform the following tasks within the Clinical Trials Unit:
- Filling out CRF with the procedures and tests performed for the patient in the trial.
- Organizing visits with the monitor.
- Preparation of audits.
- Maintenance of the patient file and the share drive of the study.
- Regular meetings with the different teams involved in the trial in which he/she participates.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: immediate.
- Gross annual salary: 24.000 - 26.000 euros. Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
