Digital Transformation Area
The Digital Transformation Area has the aim of defining, accompanying and reinforcing the digital transformation at VHIR. The Directorate is made up of the IT, Quality, Processes and Document Management Units. It is a transversal area that defines and leads the strategy for integrating new digital technologies, adapting and updating its processes and infrastructures in order to gain efficiency and accompany the growth of the Institution.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Certificate of Higher Education (CFGS).
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish (C1).
- English (Business level).
Desired:
- University degree.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative tasks.
- Experience working in close contact with internal and external users.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills.
- Knowledge in basic IT tasks.
- Ability to learn new skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desired:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to optimise repetitive processes.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Comprehensive monitoring of the material purchasing process for the IT unit.
- Maintenance of the asset management database.
- Issuing and renewing electronic certificates through existing internal tools.
- Management of the certificate centralisation platform.
- Support in the drafting of tenders, necessity reports and minor contracts.
- Review and adaptation of IT unit documentation.
- Support for the VHIR meeting rooms.
- Attention to requests and basic day to day incidents.
- Administrative support for IT users.
- Carrying out administrative tasks of the IT unit.
- Project management support tasks.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: immediate.
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
- Contract: Permanent.
