Study Coordinator (Donation and transplantation of organs, tissues and cells)
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences.
- Study coordination training.
- Excellent written and oral communication Spanish skills. Good level of English will be valued.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Study coordination experience.
- Experience in research institutions and/or project management in different scientific and biotechnological environments will be valued.

- Meticulous, close attention to detail
- Proactive
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Proactively detect competitive grant opportunities that may suit the department research activities
- Support and guide the staff in all the different phases (pre and post award) of the calls that may be of interest to their research
- Coordinate studies and clinical trials in donation and transplantation field carried out in the department.
- Collaborate with study patient’s recruitment and scheduling,
- Perform some specific research protocol procedures (family interview, sample collection, etc.)
- Conduct data collection and electronic data entry.
- Assist on the scientific manuscript writing and submission.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 20h/week.
- Starting date: Immediate.
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
- Possibility of variable bonus depending on activity.
- Contract: Reference of the research project funded by MICIU/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union NextGenerationEU/PRTR.
