Study Coordinator (Donation and transplantation of organs, tissues and cells)

Education and qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences.
Study coordination training.
Excellent written and oral communication Spanish skills. Good level of English will be valued.

Experience and knowledge:

Required:

Study coordination experience.
Experience in research institutions and/or project management in different scientific and biotechnological environments will be valued.

Main responsibilities and duties:

Proactively detect competitive grant opportunities that may suit the department research activities
Support and guide the staff in all the different phases (pre and post award) of the calls that may be of interest to their research
Coordinate studies and clinical trials in donation and transplantation field carried out in the department.
Collaborate with study patient’s recruitment and scheduling,
Perform some specific research protocol procedures (family interview, sample collection, etc.)
Conduct data collection and electronic data entry.
Assist on the scientific manuscript writing and submission.

Labour conditions:

Full-time position: 20h/week.
Starting date: Immediate.
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
Possibility of variable bonus depending on activity.
Contract: Reference of the research project funded by MICIU/AEI /10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Union NextGenerationEU/PRTR.
