laboratory technician (Physiology and pathophysiology of the digestive tract)

Education and qualifications:

Required:

Laboratory technician (FPII).

Experience and knowledge:

Required:

At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Neuro-Immune-Gastrointestinal diseases.
Proven experience in biological sample handling and laboratory procedures.
Histological procedures and immunophenotyping with IHC and IF.
Cellular and molecular biology techniques (cell isolation from tissues, cell, culture, DNA/RNA extraction, ELISA, WB, flow cytometry, PCR).
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, self-motivation and team work abilities.

Main responsibilities and duties:

Maintenance of laboratory reagents and database.
Collection and processing of biological samples (blood, biopsies, faecal samples, urine..).
Histological procedures and immunophenotyping with IHC and IF.
Protein and gene expression assays (WB, ELISA, qRT-PCR).

Labour conditions:

Full-time position: 40h/week
Starting date: Immediately.
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. (Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
