Technician in bioinformatics (Microbiome)

Education and qualifications:

Required:

Degree or Grade in Sciences (Biology).
Fluency in English.

Experience and knowledge:

Required:

Experience in microbiome data analysis.

Main responsibilities and duties:

Process sequence data for microbiome composition and function analysis.
Write R scripts for statistical analysis.

Labour conditions:

Part-time position: 25h/week.
Starting date: 01/07/2025
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale).
Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
