Data Entry (Group of Biomedical Research in Gynecology)
VHIR is seeking to fill a vacancy for a data entry position for the Group of Biomedical Research in Gynecology. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented person capable of understanding clinical databases and managing large volumes of data efficiently in order to support the group's clinical and translational studies, in the scope of research in gynecological diseases.

Education and qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma (or higher education)
Desired:
- Course in Good Clinical Practices
- Training in medical sciences or understanding of medical terms
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Previous experience as data entry
- Organized and methodological person with high motivation and initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Typing skills: Fast typing speed with a high degree of accuracy
- Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and proficiency in databases (e.g. RedCap)
Desired:
- Experience in using RedCap
- Experience with information management program in the hospital environment (e.g. SAP)
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Search, enter, update and verify data in internal systems.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data records.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the entry of information.
- Process and organize documents and files.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency.
- Generate basic reports related to the data entered.
Labour conditions:
- Part-time position: 8h/week.
- Flexible hours
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
