New Graduate Lawyer (Legal Unit)
VHIR offers a vacant position for a New Graduate Lawyer to develop tasks within the Legal Unit. This unit ensures the regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in biomedical research projects and IP Among the goals of this Units are: to ensure the regulatory compliance in all institutional acts, especially in IP and biomedical research projects; give advice to the scientific community at VHIR of the continuous legal developments that affect biomedical research and, therefore, the transfer of results to society; and to the different services and units at VHIR.
Education and qualifications:

The degree and/or the master’s degree must have been completed within the last three years.
Experience and knowledge:

- Ability to work in a team
- Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Administrative and contractual documentation management to enable the Unit lawyers to focus on specialized legal work.
- Support the Unit lawyers in a variety of tasks upon request.
- Create documents and communications based on given instructions.
- Manage all documentation and filing system.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 40h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
- Contract: Specific contract to obtain professional practice
- Contract's duration: 1 year
