Clinical Researcher (Cardiovascular diseases)
We are looking for a cardiologist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to participate in the inclusion of patients into the different research projects of the group, to collect clinical and demographic data and to annotate and validate echocardiograms and provide clinical knowledge as part of the Cardiovascular Diseases group.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Medicine degree
- Cardiology specialist
- Additional training in cardiac imaging
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (professional level)
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Experience with advanced echocardiographic imaging techniques
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for medical imaging
- Research experience in cardiology
- Experience in clinical echocardiography
- Experience in scientific writing
Desired:
- Conference presentation
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Identification and inclusion of patients into the different research projects of the group.
- Collection of clinical and demographic data.
- Clinical validation of echocardiographic studies.
- Identify and correct echocardiography analysis data.
- Quantitative annotation of echocardiography images.
- Strict collaboration with the technical researchers of the cardiovascular imaging unit.
Labour conditions:
- Full-time position: 40h/week
- Starting date: immediate
- Gross annual salary: 27.500 euros (The salary is consistent with the salary scale of our collective agreement)
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
