Study Coordinator (Pneumology research group)
Education and qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences
- Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English
Desired:
- Training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical trials methodology.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, SPSS or similar, etc).
- Master in Clinical Trial Management (CTM) or similar training program (ongoing or completed).
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Organized and methodical person with high motivation and initiative.
Desired:
- Study coordination experience or experience working in hospital environment and research.
- Evidence of working in the respiratory field is desirable.
- Experience with SAP management program.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Coordinate clinical trials and observational studies in respiratory diseases.
- Collaborate with study patient’s recruitment and scheduling.
- Perform some specific protocol procedures during patient’s visits (spirometry, walking test, etc).
- Conduct data collection and electronic data entry.
- Assist the research team in the necessary tasks for the development of studies.
- Attend site monitoring visits, review and resolve queries in accordance to GCP.
- Full-time/Part-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: December 2025 - January 2026
- Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
- Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities.
