Technician Specialist in art and graphic design
VHIR is seeking a Technician Specialist in art and graphic design to join the Communication and Marketing Area, providing support in graphic design and UX/UI tasks for both digital and offline projects, and ensuring visual coherence and quality across institutional materials during a temporary substitution period.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication, UX/UI Design or related fields.
Proven training and experience in UX/UI design and digital product design.
Desired:
Additional training or specialization in UX/UI, digital experience design, or interaction design.
Training or experience in branding, corporate identity, or visual communication.
Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards for digital environments.
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (business level).
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and UX/UI projects.
Experience designing digital products such as intranets, websites, or mobile applications.
Ability to work on both digital and offline materials, ensuring visual coherence across different formats.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
Experience in graphic design for both digital and offline communication materials (events, posters, brochures, presentations).
Ability to design visual materials for institutional communication, such as conferences, workshops, and corporate events.
Experience creating presentations and visual assets (PowerPoint or similar), ensuring clarity and visual consistency.
Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Desired:
Experience in institutional, healthcare, or public sector environments.
Knowledge of corporate brand management and style guidelines.
Experience collaborating with technical teams (developers, IT staff, or external providers).
Main responsibilities and duties:
Design and development of UX/UI solutions for digital products such as intranets and mobile applications.
Creation and adaptation of graphic materials for institutional communication, both digital and offline (posters, event materials, brochures, presentations).
Design of visual assets for conferences, workshops, corporate events, and internal communication initiatives.
Preparation of presentations and support materials (PowerPoint or similar) in line with corporate visual guidelines.
Ensure visual coherence and brand consistency across all communication channels and formats.
Collaboration with communication, technical, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Labour conditions:
Full-time position.
Starting date: January 2026.
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale.
Contract: Temporary (Parental Leave)
