The Stroke Unit at the Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) in Barcelona is a global leader in neurovascular research and clinical care. It operates through two primary interconnected groups: the Stroke Research Group (clinical/technological focus) and the Neurovascular Diseases Group (basic/translational focus).

Education and qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Master’s degree or PhD

• Specific or additional training in stroke diseases and neurosonology

• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English (business level)

• At least 6 years of experience in neurosonology, with additional knowledge of AI in medicine

• At least 2 years of experience in a pre-hospital setting
