Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution, located in Barcelona (Spain) that promotes and develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron. VHIR offers vacancy position for a study coordinator within the research group of VHIR Rehabilitation Service, especially the spinal cord injury unit.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English
Desired:
Training in Good Clinical Practice
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
At least 5 years of experience working as a study coordinator
Focused on team work
Desired:
Previous experience in rehabilitation studies
Experience attending and participating at congresses
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other database programs.
Experience in SAP and database.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Participation in the meetings and activities of the research group.
Give support on maintaining databases and bibliographic searches.
Support of data entry of patient information in clinical bases
Contribute to the resolution of data-related queries and discrepancies in collaboration with the clinical team and sponsors.
Maintain the Investigator Site File and ensure proper filing of correspondence with sponsors and CROs. Attend site monitoring visits, review, and resolve queries in accordance with GCP.
Provide oversight of intern training and mentorship.
Labour conditions:
Part-time position: 10h/week.
Starting date: immediate.
Gross annual salary: 10.378,88 euros ( Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
