Lawyer
VHIR offers a vacant position for a lawyer with experience in data protection and in the area of the Healthcare environment to develop tasks within the Legal Unit to provide contractual support for a research project related to rare diseases.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Law Degree
Specific knowledge in pharmaceutical and healthcare law.
Desired:
Master’s degree
Specific Knowledge in data protection.
Specific knowledge in intellectual and industrial property law.
Specific Knowledge in artificial intelligence legislation.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
1-2 years of experience in the contractual review of biomedical research projects.
Excellent organizational skills with vocation of service and customer orientation
Ability to work in teams
Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English, both written and oral.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Advice and participate in drafting and reviewing of clinical research protocols regarding the legal and ethical aspects to be considered.
Participate in drafting, negotiating. and reviewing NDAs, MTAs, contracts, PAS projects, research projects, and those associated with the project.
Participate in drafting and reviewing of data governance Protocols of the Research Project.
Write legal reports and other legal documents related to the research project.
Labour conditions:
Full-time position: 37,5h/week.
Starting date: immediate
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
Contract: Open-ended contract linked to the project
