Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution, located in Barcelona (Spain) that promotes and develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron. VHIR is oriented towards finding solutions to the health problems of the citizens and has the will to contribute to the scientific, educational, social and economic development within its area of competence.

The GRIMM (Medical and Molecular Imaging Research Group) is the VHIR research group expert in medical imaging in the areas of Diagnostic Imaging (Radiology) and Nuclear Medicine.

The selected person will work under the leadership of the Radiology Service, on the project SHAIPED from the Radiology Department.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences / Master’s degree / PhD

• Additional or specialised training in Medical Imaging Technician.

• Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and a good level of English.

• Methodical, organized person with the ability to prioritize according to the needs of each project.

Experience and knowledge:

Required:

• At least 2 years’ experience working in research in hospitals.

• Knowledge of REDCap, SAP, DICOM, and basic databases.

• Previous experience with collecting clinical information from electronic records (hospital SAP management).

• Professional experience as a data manager/data entry clerk will be valued.
