Research Nurse (Physiology and Physiopathology of the Digestive Tract Research Group)
The Physiology and Physiopathology of the Digestive Tract Group at Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is seeking to recruit one Research Nurse to support ongoing clinical and translational research projects in the field of gastrointestinal physiology and digestive disorders. The selected candidate will be involved in clinical research activities, including patient assessments, sample collection, and data management, contributing to high-quality clinical studies
Responsibilities and duties:
Participate in clinical and translational research projects.
Perform physical examinations and measurements of vital signs.
Perform venipuncture and biological sample processing.
Manage clinical research data and complete case report forms (CRFs).
Maintain updated research logs and documentation.
Support database design and creation.
Collaborate with investigators and research team members in study-related activities
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Degree or Grade in Nursing).
Fluency in Catalan, Spanish
Desirable:
Specific/Additional training in clinical research and clinical trials.
Fluency in English (business level).
Experience and knowledge:
Requirered
Ability to work in a team setting.
High level of adaptability and motivation for research activities.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Desirable:
Previous experience in clinical research, particularly in clinical trials.
Experience using SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
Experience in data management and research documentation.
Labour conditions:
Working hours: Part-time (09,38 hours per week).
Starting date: As soon as possible
Gross annual salary: €8.004,27
Contract type: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to project activities
Duration: 6 months, extendable up to one year
