Research Projects Evaluator
The Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is seeking a Research Projects Evaluator to join the Medication Research Ethics Committee (CEIm).
Main responsibilities and duties:
Evaluation of Clinical Trials (CA) project, observational study with medication (EOM) and other research projects (PR) presented at the CEIm of the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital and preparation of the corresponding report for each protocol.
Evaluation of the clarifications and modifications of Clinical Trials, EOM and PR pending approval, support in their management and resolution.
Evaluation and reporting of relevant modifications and notifications on protocols approved by the CEIm.
Collaboration in Clinical Trials monitoring tasks.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sciences
Catalan and Spanish
High level of English (equivalent to C1)
Desirable:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Medicine. Specialty in Pharmacology
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Good knowledge of the current national and international legislation in Clinical Research
Understanding of a CEIm operates
Evaluation of clinical trial protocols, post-authorisation studies and other research projects.
Evaluation of biomedical publications and scientific documentation
General knowledge of biostatistics
Writing reports and other relevant documentation
Ability to work autonomously, work in teams
Responsible and organised
Desirable:
Previous experience in clinical research project coordination or regulatory affairs.
Labour conditions:
Working hours: Full-time (37,5 hours per week).
Starting date: As soon as possible
Gross annual salary: Remuneration will be determined by experience, skills and responsibilities and aligned with the Collective Agreement pay scale.
Contract type: Temporary contract (sick leave cover)
