Data Entry (Research in spinal surgery)
The Vall d’Hebron Spine Research Unit (VHSRU) is a growing multidisciplinary group of professionals devoted to spinal disorders with an increasing impact in terms of the number of publications, associated IF and research funding.
Our research unit is organized in five research lines:
Pediatric and Adolescent Deformity,
Adult Spinal Deformity,
Spinal Cord Injuries,
Myelopathy,
Tumours.
VHIR offers a vacancy for a Data Entry professional to join our team and support ongoing research projects in the Pediatric and Adolescent Deformity research line. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to the efficiency of the research team's data-related tasks.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in relevant databases
Performing data cleaning and validation to ensure integrity
Assisting in the generation of data reports and summaries for research projects
Collaborating with other team members for efficient workflow management
Education and qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (FPII or similar) (preferably in Science Field)
Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g., Excel, database management systems)
Good knowledge of Catalan and Spanish
Advanced/Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Experience in data entry and management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with basic data privacy standards and confidentiality protocols
Labour conditions:
Working hours: Part-time (22,5 hours per week).
Starting date: 29th June 2026.
Gross annual salary: 14.064,43€
Contract type: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to project activities
