Predoctoral Psychologist (Neurotraumatology and neurosurgery unit)

Main responsibilities and duties:
Support the clinical and neuropsychological assessment of patients with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH).
Collect, manage and quality-control multimodal clinical, neuropsychological, neuroimaging and biomarker data.
Design, implement and maintain REDCap databases, including data collection forms, validation procedures and audit trails.
Oversee data entry workflows, user permissions, data integrity checks and secure data management processes.
Prepare and curate research datasets for statistical analyses, reporting and dissemination activities.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Official Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology (Máster Universitario en Psicología General Sanitaria).
Commitment to undertake a PhD within the framework of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
Desirable:
Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and self-motivation.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Demonstrated hands-on experience with REDCap is essential, including database design, development of data collection instruments, database management, validation procedures and structured data export.
Experience working with clinical or research databases, ensuring data quality, integrity and compliance with study protocols and applicable regulations.
Experience in neuropsychological assessment and clinical research settings.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical research team.
Strong organisational, documentation, communication and data-management skills.
Full-time and exclusive dedication to UNINN throughout the duration of the contract.
Labour conditions:
Working hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
Starting date: July, 2026.
Gross annual salary: €18.726,29.
Contract type: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to project activities.
