Research Nurse (Nephrology and Transplantation Group)
VHIR is seeking a Research Nurse to join the Nephrology and kidney transplant Research Group. The selected candidate will work as both a Research Nurse and as a Clinical Trials Coordinator of their own clinical trials.
Main responsibilities and duties:
Information to potential participants in clinical trials
Selection, inclusion and follow-up of patients in clinical trials
Collection of blood and other biological samples from patients participating in clinical trials
Handling of biological samples: centrifuge, freezing, shipping to central laboratories, etc.
Participation in the meetings and activities of the Research Group
Maintain up-to-date clinical data from source documents to eCRFs, and ISF.
Coordination of clinical trials to ensure compliance with the protocol
Attend site monitoring visits, review and resolve queries in accordance with GCP.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, obtained at least three years prior to application
Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English, both written and spoken
Desirable:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Master's degree in Clinical Trials or a related field.
Experience and knowledge:
Required:
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Experience working with SAP
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Highly organised and methodical, with strong motivation and initiative.
Desirable:
Previous experience working in clinical trials.
Labour conditions:
Working hours: Full-time (37,5 hours per week).
Starting date: As soon as possible.
Gross annual salary: €29,000.00
Contract type:Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
