We are seeking a Clinical Researcher to join the Diabetes and Metabolism Research Grou
Main responsibilities and duties:
Participate as a Sub-Investigator in clinical trials in obesity.
Perform medical visits related to the clinical trials in obesity, as per protocol: patient´s recruitment, informed consent sign, physical examination, medical history, treatment adjustment, adverse events, serious adverse events, etc) under the supervision of the PI and study team.
Collaborate closely with the medical team, study coordinators and other departments involved in the clinical trials.
Monitor and follow up participants throughout the clinical trial, ensuring appropriate clinical follow-up and compliance with study procedures.
Contribute to other research activities within the research group, as agreed with the Principal Investigator.
Participate, where appropriate, in national and international scientific meetings and other activities of the research group.
Education and qualifications:
Required:
Holds a degree in Medicine
Completion of specialist training (MIR)
MIR speciality in Endocrinology and Nutrition, Internal Medicine or Clinical Pharmacology
Desirable:
Additional training in data management, data bases and statistics
Additional training in Clinical Trials
Additional training in obesity clinical management
Experience and knowledge:

Experience:
Relevant clinical experience as a medically qualified professional.
Experience in participation in research lines and/or projects.
At least 1 year of experience working as clinical investigator in clinical trials.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice.
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Desirable:
Knowledge on how to manage electronic medical history registry: ARGOS, SAP.
Knowledge of e-CRF and management of clinical data related to clinical trials
Labour conditions:
Working hours: Part-time (10 hours per week).
Starting date: As soon as possible.
Gross annual salary: €12,000.00
Contract type: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to project activities
